A Rod wanted his trade, wanted to go to NYY, and got it. He wanted to play meaningful playoff ball and got it. Has he taken advantage of the situation? No, he chokes and pisses his opportunities away AND then has the gall to about it after the fact. I never feel sorry for ANYONE who has the tools and ability to do great things but doesn't take advantage of the opportunities they are given. Regardless of how much money they have.

At the same time, I've never found booing one's own player to be very productive unless the goal is to run them out of town.
