Make this kick and send those ing officials crying to their bookies.

That would suck if he missed this, 44 yrder is not a given though
The second one was also horrible, unless the Oregon QB knows how to throw a ball that changes from a spiral to a duck in mid flight.
ing bull . Officials beat OU today, and there is no question about it.
You mean beat OU?
Yeah... that's how pissed I am, I can't even think straight.
Texas and Oklahoma now both have 1 losses. Except Texas lost to the #1 team in college football and Oklahoma lost to the #18 team in college football.
In other news, the sky is blue.
In addition 2+2 still equals 4.
Awww, poor scott. At least you get to watch the Cowboys tomorrow?
I'm not fan of the Sooners but damn that is the most cheatingful game in college football I have ever witnessed.
That Pac-10 ref should be suspended.
What Oregon did after that call was nice though. But OK should have rightfully won this game.
And? You play any good team on any good day you can get beat. There is no point here. A loss is a loss there is nothing more to say about it.
It means UT and OU will both have 1 loss when they meet.
Man there's no love lost for me towards OU, but they got hosed by that Pac-10 officiating crew, two straight horrible replay review calls, and that's the game.
WTFFFFFFF, that USC RB ankle got ed up, it was like crooked
That was nasty, the announcers didn't really notice it but that was like McGahee knee type of stuff. Your foot goes straight, his was sideways.
Rice 1st teamers finally scored... against Texas' 3rd teamers![]()
Oklahoma was robbed in that game. That was bull ...plain and simple.
I just got back from this game. TCU's D really stepped it up today but Tech only threw deep three times all game, and one was a Hail Mary at the end of the 4th. Tech finally broke 200 yards passing in that last series of the game. TCU did what Cal tried to do last season in their bowl game - stay in the dime damn near the whole game but only have one guy covering the deep ball. Also, maybe there's something to Leach starting that endless procession of seniors at QB in years past, because Harrell didn't have a quick enough trigger. He had open guys within range, wasn't particularly hurried until the middle of the fourth quarter, and he flat out couldn't get it done.
Amon Carter's a pretty cool place to watch a game, if any of you guys get a chance.
edit - The Cal - Tech game was two years back.

Oklahoma had plenty of opportunity to stop Oregon and win that game, but the call on the onside kick was about the most ridiculous blown replay call I've ever seen. Whether the 2nd call was or wasn't correct is irrelevant, because Oregon should have never had the ball. The Sooners should have done a better job defensively after the bad call and they have bad execution to blame for the loss, not officiating. But the call was horrendous.
Had a call like that one gone against the Longhorns, this forum would be littered with posts offering virtual mushroom clouds.
Yeah, I was going to say that Cal got pretty well lit up by Tech in the Holiday Bowl and I don't know that too many squads would emulate the defensive notions the Bears used in that game.
Alabama's defense, however, was fantastic against Tech's offense in the Cotton Bowl. I didn't see the Tech-TCU game, but I suspect that the Frogs tried to copy the Alabama script.
