Thats the way I see it too, It was one inning. Were they going to win the game in that inning the way he pitched the rest of the game? Stuff on hand or no stuff on hand the guy has been murder on the mound.

Rogers pitched great, but LaRussa should have complained during the inning while he was pitching rather than waiting until he got off the mound. History has shown that Rogers can be rattled and that was a perfect opportunity.

exactly. wtf cares...he actually pitched better after he cleaned his hand off. this has got to be the most annoying baseball story of the playoffs thus far.
