Actually I was reffering to games 3-6 of the NBA finals. And considering he brought them back from 3-1 and a 20 point defecit in an elimination onky to have it go into OT on a complete up by a player that wasn't him, how is that a choke job?

    WELL Said!!

    Dirk + Hasselhoff = Dallas

He made no reference to Duncan's choke in the OT of game 7.
    How is a 41pt, 6 asst, 15 reb, 3 blk performance a choke job?

Mavericks fans have an exceedingly curious view of what cons utes a choke.

so him going 1-6 from the field in OT is not a up ?, besides you forget, if ginobili doesn't hit that trey, the game stays tied, so he basically did "nothing" (he put you up 3, and then brought you down 3). "Timmah" got shut down by ing DESAGANA DIOP in OT and scored 1 basket when his team needed it the most, yet that's not a up, cause he's duncan... right my bad.

I would have a sign thanking the Mavs for paying Michael Finley to play for the Spurs. Finley is going to kick butt this year. Another thing, Mavs fans sure are y when they have not won a single dang thing. Most have only been fans in recent times, maybe 5 or 6 years. Before that the Mavs were crappy. All these current Mavs fans did not give a darn about the Mavs before then. Now they think they are the Spurs superiors by virtue of getting several calls by the refs that sent them to the Finals. Then Stern did the right thing by having the Heat beat them down a few notches and sending them home with no Larry Obrien trophy to show for all their iness. I loved seeing Cuban all down after thinking the Mavs were on their way after games 1 and 2. At least the Spurs have 3 trophies to show for their efforts.

oh yeah, and Tim played 50 minutes because pop was playing small ball so of course that and him playing like a monster to keep us in the game didn't have any bearing in overtime.

    I'm thinking something like...

    San Antonio: 3
    Dallas: 0
I think I like this one the best. Short, to the point, powerful. If you want more info, you could do:

    W/L RECORD

    Spurs 76 Dallas 52

    CHAMPIONSHIPS

    Spurs 3 Dallas 0

    TEXAS' TEAM

    San Antonio Spurs

I would take a sign that shows how to do the Heimlich maneuver.
Dr. Heimlich's son, Phil, interestingly, is an old friend of mine in Cincinnati. I could ask him if he has any visual aids that could be adapted to the Mavs logo.

He made no reference to Duncan's choke in the OT of game 7.
After putting up like 40 points and 15 boards and playing severely dehydrated, so much so that he could not stand in the locker room? Yeah, that's choking.

A comment like that could only come from the fan of a ringless franchise, an entertaining sidekick to Texas' team, the San Antonio Spurs.

Don't worry, you'll get another shot. Cuban will make sure of that. However, the Spurs will show the Mavs how to finish the job this season.

Hey, I'm a Texans fan! Watch it there!

Actually, I'm embarrassed I just said that!

    Okay, Texas' NBA Team.

I'd take RoHo's comment with me to the game on black cardboard in silver lettering:

"THERE'S ONLY ONE TEAM IN TEXAS.....WITHOUT A NBA CHAMPIONSHIP"!

Manu made a fuggup at the end of regulation in fouling Dirk and with that last second shot selection (shoulda passed). Duncan gets a pass. I was frustrated watching the game but when I learned how dehydrated and drained he was, and when I read his stat line, he had reminded me why he's already the greatest power forward of all time.

and laughing at idiot dallas fans who don't understand proper grammar is even sweeter.

btw, i loved the sign someone has at the game right now, it says "it don't mean a thing if you ain't got a ring."
