BUSH GOT OHIO!!!
BUT
The democrats are raising a stink about people waiting in line since 1 30 this afternoon and just now getting to vote.
Looks like they are gonna raise a stink about Ohio
I wonder how much the "Kerry-Edwards" signs will go for on Ebay later today?$2-$3 bucks?
Can't believe they called Ohio. There are still a lot of ballots out in democratic controlled areas. Just watch, it's gonna tighen up and we might have the 2000 nightmare all over again before the night is over.
They are still getting to vote and regardless of the official time of poll closing, their votes will still count.
Kerry camp needs to STFU.![]()
Calling Ohio was a bad decision. Better to wait until there can be no doubt than to open up the floodgates of specultion and paranoia.
This doesn't 'feel' close like 2000...
I don't think anything is goingto change bush getting OH.
But I will say this.
Republicans or Democrats or Independents, making people wait 9 hours in line to vote is ED.
Manny - Bush is up 20K in Ohio with 80% in.
Dan, sorry (not really) but Bush is up 140K votes, with 77% of Cuyahoga County (where Dems were expecting to close the gap) in.
ya this is taking long
I agree with you Manny, although I heard that report was false.
My source said the longest line in Columbus was 4 hours, and the election officials passed out paper ballots to those waiting in line. Two hours later, the lines were gone.
Update (just for Dan)
100K vote lead in Ohio, with 90% of Demo stronghold Cuyahoga County in.
James Carville basically said it's over for Kerry.
both Cuyahoga and Frankin counties are still out, and they are going Kerry by better than 60%. Fox is back-tracking.
Yeah, AHF, but that's still not a very large margin at all. and I nkow you meant NM.
I think the most likely scenario rightnow is a very narrow bush win by 274 EV, but it's not certain.
nbc just said with 86%
that bush is ahead by 100k votes
but there aren't enough votes left in those counties Dan, there just aren't.
im praying Manny is correct.
nbc just projected bush wins ohio
NBC now calling Ohio and Alaska for President Bush...
269.
Hey buddy, can you spare an Electorial Vote?
Dan how ing hard is it to read?
87% reporting in Ohio, Bush up 104K. 90% of Cuyahoga and 91% of Franklin counties are in.
While I'm at it, Iowa is dead head, expected to go Bush. Same for Nevada. New Mexico is over, per my source.
Over 280 EV for Bush per Bush insiders.
People who put crackerjacks in bags need to not go around throwing stones.
Down to 85,000 with 85% in in Ohio
