Not really. The Spurs-Mavericks series was the highlight of last year. The Heat ing suck donkey chode. And I was rooting for them too because I hate Dallas, but really, Miami ing sucks and Dallas seriously got jipped out of the le.
Are there really Miami fans? Before the middle of the 2003-04 season, if there were such people, they seem fairly unanimous in their choice to masquarade as those hideously colored empty seats in the AAA.

The ratings were up last year, but I guess that isn't saying much because they were up from a few of the worst rated Finals in the history of the NBA. Somebody was watching, but it may not have been Piston and Spurs fans. IMO, it was the best playoffs in years, and the best finals.

for real if i was a spurs fan id be embarassed being taken to six games by a kings team that barely got to the playoffs....i wouldnt be surprised if the kings took them out this year....ive been a heat fan since i could watch basketball and all i have to say is that they are struggling now but lord have mercey on the team that plays them in the playoffs....the nets, pistons, and mavs all found that out...you should kno regular season is a joke for the heat...look at last year results....

Wait -- so being taken to 6 games by a Kings team that won 44 games last year is embarrassing, but being taken to 6 games by a Bulls team that finished .500 and had 3 fewer wins than the Kings did is a badge of honor?

Hey, I called the Heat to win it all last year before the season started and was rooting against the Mav's, but damn. Pistons vs. Cav's was a MUCH better series, as was Suns vs. Clips. , even the Nets vs. Indiana was more special, as was Spurs vs. Kings.
Scoreboard doesn't lie, but it can still be boring.

Miami is proving right now that last season was a fluke. Stern had to hand pick his refs to get Shaq and Wade their championship. Not even the refs will be able to bring this sorry old piece of team back to the finals.

and usually when ur from a city thats the team u root for and im from miami and i root for the heat so how does that make me a bandwagon fan...i kno more than 3/4 or the heat fans and i dont care if they win or lose im always with them
