Bush did not have a sub-par game, for the millionth time. did he go crazy? no. but he did very well.
The one thing I liked about the Rbowl too was that I predicted LenDale to turn us inside out, Reggie to have a sub-par game, and Ramonce Taylor to burn at least a 20 yd td run.
I know i know, not too bold of predictions, but oh well.

you realize he got a 30 yard catch at the end of the game that was just stat padding right?
I thought Bush had like 80 yards rushing and 100 receiving with one TD. Not VY going off for 467 total yards (that number is burned into my head permanently), but quite respectable when the other back goes for 120 or so on the ground and a wideout was over a hundred as well.

1. vyoung = 49 touches 467 yards, 9.53 ypt
2. Bush = 19 touches 177 yards, 9.31 ypt
3. White = 20 touches 124 yards, 6.2 ypt
4. Jarrett = 11 touches 126 yards, 11.45 ypt
5. Leinart = 35 touches 367 yards, 10.48 ypt
...hate to break it to you, but the t.u. defense never stopped or slowed down anybody. Bush should have just got more touches if they wanted him to get more yards, instead they had playmakers like White and Jarrett...not a one horse show like vyoung. i am just tired of people (morons?) saying they slowed down Bush...uhh, NO you didn't. and i never said either defense stopped anybody...it was an offensive showcase.
How about USC at Oregon State 2006, now that was a great game to be at. USC has put that game behind them, but it does show that four turnovers can make any underdog knocking off the favorite a reality.
Uhhhh Yes, Texas slowed down bush. He had 1 legit long run which was a TD, then he had a weak catch 37 yard catch with the defense in prevent. Did you not watch the game? He was slowed down big time.
The bitterness is sweet.
...i was there. and, no, he wasn't.
