Man, Coles is blowing up
If Campbell starts this damn season, Skins are in the playoffs. God damn that pisses me off.
And who benched him in favor of Berrian? Me... Fortunately I still could win that League. I'm done as the top-seed in the other League.
The more I see Ladell Betts play the more I relize he's more of a "skins" RB than Portis. I wonder who will be the RB in a couple of years.
Johnston saying they should go for a TD and not the FG in a 3 point game is flat out stupid.
Why, of all the weeks, did Gregg Williams choose this week to remember how to coach a defense?
Thats why you kick the FG asshat. Looks like the 'skins are poised to pull out the win.
So what do you guys think my chances are?
i''m down 57-31 with these players remaining
Jeff Garcia
M Harrison
D Stallworth
T Gonzales
D Akers
Rams DEF
Guru has
Bulger
Rudi Johnson
Antonio Gates
I'm not happy about my situation, but I'm hoping Bulger and Gates play poorly today because I'm sure RJ will have a good game.
I hate Miami. 4 plays at the 2 or 1 yard line and they never once game it to Sammy Morris but passed instead. Thanks ers.
I'm not confident, but Steven Jackson came up big for me, with 127 yards and 2 touchdowns. Entering tonight's SD/KC game, I have a 23 point lead, but he still has Larry Johnson and Nte Kaeding to play.
The pair is projected for 25 points. Obviously I can only afford to give up 22.
I'm keepin' my fingers crossed that it's a defensive dual with San Diego only scoring a handful of touchdowns with no field goals.
I can stomach a 100 yard, 1 touchdowns performance by Johnson to with a 3/4 PAT performance by Kaeding. Or, maybe San Diego just shuts out LJ (no TD's) and then Kaeding can do whatever he wishes.
I could score 125 points and lose this week.
My other team, the lesser of the two, is doing much better thanks to Westbrook. I still have LT to go and I'm up 20+.
I'm up 75 and change to 61 and change, but the score isn't reflecting a Garcia fumble which should cost me 2 points.
So, I have a 13 point lead and we both have 2 players left. I have Tony Gonzales and Marvin Harrison, and he has Rudi Johnson (against Indy, ugh) and Antonio Gates so its really a duel of our prime time players. Is 13 points enough? I don't know.
You're looking pretty solid for the win. Bulger had a bad game, while Garcia had a good one and the Rams defense netted high-teens, low-twenties. I anticipate Harrison and Gonzales nearly equalling Johnson and Gates.
Garcia had an "OK" game. Those two TOs suck ass.
Yeah, it would depend on the scoring. For the League's I'm in, his fantasy point total was 16 and a solid output. In the same League's I had Brady with 17 and then Romo with 23 and Bulger with 6 points.
So, compared to big namers like Eli, Brees, Bulger and Hasselbeck, he had a good week.
My round comes down to Carson Palmer and Nate Kaeding vs. Reggie Wayne and Tony Gonzalez. This sucks because I drew a division winner in Round one that was the 6th or 7th best team in the league (I'm 2nd).
Thank God for Coles and SJax or I'd be done already.
The good news?
I'm currently up 67 to 30 in my nfl.com league.
The bad news?
I only have the Chargers DST left to play, and he has...
Larry Johnson
Marvin Harrison
T.J. Housyerdaddy
Antonio Gates
Adam Vinatieri
...just waiting to deliver a huge can of fantasy points whoop ass on me tonight and Monday night.
LOL
Nate Kaeding vs. Tony Gonzalez = Push
Come on Carson Palmer! Just need Palmer to beat Wayne by 3 points.
(I know you guys are on the edges of your seats.)
