I hate the whole All-Star voting process, it certainly is a stupid popularity contest with guys who haven't played much getting votes (Shaq, Mihm, Gasol). That said, the bench selections are sometimes given to not too popular ballers who they think are deserving like Rashard Lewis couple of years ago and some other guy I can't remember, maybe Jamaal Magloire?

Who is flashy though i don't get it. Garnett is not flashy to me, neither is Dirk of all the PF to me Tim's game is the best to watch.

It's ok that you like him because he's a spur, but no one other than a spurs fan is going to find his game fun to watch. He's not athletic, not a dunker, and he doesn't hit 3's. That's what fans look for in exciting players.

I'm not really in to how players play, because I could care less on how they make the shot. Just as long as the shots go in, and the team keeps on winning. In my opinion that's more exiting then a player making flashy moves in a losing effort.
