I weighed 180lbs in the first picture, I weigh 150lbs now, I'm 5'7"....
Up until I was about 22 I weighed between 118-123...
I think it is because you were never heavy and so now you are just a fitter, fit person.
It's not like you were a former Jarrod or something.

Turn the lights on and do something about the 5:00 shadow (either way) for the after pick, and you'd look a lot better.
The weight loss is noticeable, but not so much that I would have noticed.

Damn you were scrawny at 22!!! And 180 still isn't heavy for a 5'7" guy.. Maybe they aren't saying anything because you're getting too skinny(?) Anyway, you're hot, congrats on the weight loss.

I've lost 26 lbs and hope to lose more this year. It's a struggle sometimes...grr.

What's funny is that the exact opposite always happens to me. Whenever I lose weight, I never notice it until people come up to me and tell me I lost it.
PS. You kind of look the same in those photosYou don't look fat/chubby in either...but props to losing that much weight.
Nobody seems to care when guys lose weight, unless you're a disgusting fatbody and the weight loss is very significant.

The pictures below show at least to me that the weight loss is pretty obvious....
Now I'm not trying to cry like a woman who would get mad at her husband for not noticing her hair, I'm just surprised that nobody has noticed or said a thing.
And for the record, this thread is not about how ugly I am, it's about my weight...
