We can all see in this pic that with Tigger backed up to the concrete rise/curb holding the railing that he could've fallen backwards & injured himself IF the kid was pulling Tigger from the back of the costume. The kid has yet to let go of Tigger despite being given a paw to the face.
I'd just have to assume from video evdience that this is yet another case of a white man trying to bring a Tigger down.
