I know I am watching the last minutes of that game. I think the Jazz caught everyone by surprise at the beginning at the season teams have adjusted to them. I see Wade is getting all the calls. 23 freethrows
haha, lmfao...5-12 but 32 points, ing wade, someone needs to take his ass down for real when he gets in the paing instead of allowing him to get the easy fouls

shaq threw a hard one on stack's nose early in the finals when stack tried to drive and then he did it again a couple of more times to scare the mavs from driving, which resulted in a bunch of stupid jumpers. why doesn't anyone do this to wade? i don't want him hurt or anything like that, just make him think twice about driving and if he's going to flop anyway, may as well down him unexpectedly with a hard but good foul

I don't want him hurt either but when the Mavs play Miami maybe Avery should have one of the Mavs give Wade a good hard foul.

BTW, I just read your post one my 0-5 Suns take. I never used this as a gauge of how well/poorly the Suns would fare in the playoffs so it's not really correct to make it seem as if I am making that connect. I was strictly talking about the Suns and their regular season record and nothing else. For very different reasons which I haven't stated, I still don't think the Suns will get as far as they'd like to get in the playoffs, has nothing to do with their regular season record.

I would like to see Stack clock Wade this year instead of Shaq. Rasheed Wallace said it best "If you wave at D-Wade from the bench, you get a foul."

The Heat WILL be in the Finals. I think though it will be harder for them to win it this year because of the age of the team but Stern will try his hardest to get them another ring.

Mavs would win it. Right now they are the best team in the league and Miami is not so good. Heat are not even a 50% team so no doubt that Mavs would kick their ass, with Shaq or without him.

The heat will be there, don't start thinking they're gonna be finishing
    behind your little Raptors now.

I guarndamntee if the Cavs go, stern will not allow them to lose. They could be playing the ing Monstars and still win.
I really don't think Stern would want another ty refereed finals. Everyone but heat fans know Wade got special treatment, 10x worse than anything Dirk or Timmy D gets.

I hope he does it game one, because if you get a skin particle anywhere near his head he will be suspended. The NBA showed last year it doesn't care about the lower tier players. Marquis Daniels was wacked in the head and was out for weeks with a neck injury, but them DJ Mbenga misses the ball on I think Kobe and is out for a game.

If there is a re-match again? after what happened last year..

or do you think you would certainly beat them this time. i ask this as heat are playing pretty damn good lately.
No. If you define "pretty good lately" as beating Seattle, Portland and Golden State, then your standards aren't very high. Three of those games in the Finals were decided by a grand total of 6 points. A different bounce of the ball here or there, or Bennett Salvatore not working Game Five, and it's a very different series. I won't go into Wade's 17 free throw attempts per game, but it's obvious that the Mavs had no answer for him, league-assisted championship or no league-assisted championship. Devin Harris has made tremendous strides as a defender this year. If they meet again, Wade will get 20+ points, but he won't go off like he did last time. You never completely shut down the great players, but I would imagine that this time around Avery will double Wade and play Shaq straight up. There's nobody in the East that scares me, unless Stern decides to give LeBron the same treatment Wade got last year. Phoenix and to a lesser extent San Antonio are only teams that scare me.

^add a win at utah...last time i checked on Monday, December 11th, 2006 at Utah the mavs lost 79-101....and also on Monday November 6, 2006 at HOME vs GS, mavs lose 104-107...so to the mavs those teams are high standard teams.

The irony in all this is if the Spurs had made it to the Finals Wade or no Wade the Spurs would have won the le. The Spurs experience would have been too much for them. Tony Parker would have abused Jason Williams and Payton. Bowen would have neutralized Wade. They have no answer for Manu. Haslem is no match for Duncan. Plus the Spurs bench with Finley, Barry and Oberto is superior to thiers.
