Heat is a great choice...i'm going to have to think for a bit on mine.

...i like Fight Club, Clerks II, Scarface, Full Metal Jacket, Animal House, the Usual Suspects, and Dazed and Confused. (gladiator, braveheart, and patriot)
i might pick Dazed and Confused, i know i'll be in the minority, but i love that movie. keep in mind, this isn't a ranking of how good i thought the movies were, just...guy movies.
Going back to my original pick, probably a lot (most?) of you have never seen the original Magnificent Seven. Even though it's almost 50 years old, it still holds up.
Any movie where Steve McQueen is only the 4th or 5th baddest-ass is awesome.
We deal in lead, my friend.
I'm feeling very disrespected right now.
Shoog. It's been a while since I've watched it but I'd put it up against anything that's come out since.

it is excellent, but i prefer bronson saying little, and playing a harmonica. the man with a harmonica song in the showdown scene is chilling.
I agree; the only problem with OUA W is there are some moments where it kinda drags.
As far as saying little, did you know the James Coburn character in Mag 7 had only eleven lines the entire movie?
"Now, I want you to remember that no bas ever won a war by dying for his country. He won it by making the other poor dumb bas die for his country."
I dunno if that movie should qualify...that almost made me cry.
I've watched it yesterday. It's classic. I like it a lot.
Patton is a great damn movie. i have it on DVD.
Damn, you're lucky. I only have it on Betamax.
...hey, i just saw Rambo II is coming on tv soon. the synopsis: "Stallone notches an incredible body count as he rampages through Southeast Asia Hunting for POWs."
..."an incredible body count," lmao!
I thought any combo of The Godfather, Scarface, and/or Rocky was considered "the greatest guy movie ever."
I realize I'm a girl and, therefore, not an expert, but... two pages with no Caddyshack mention?
Comedies are okay, but real guy movies have to have a body count.
Okay, then...
I realize I'm a girl and, therefore, not an expert, but... two pages with no Shaft mention?
...i realize you're a girl. btw, shaft is OK...Dirty Harry literally blows that out of the water.
natural born killers es
en woody is crazy in that movie
"i love you clarence. always have.
