With all the players sucking now, I say Pop needs to insert White into the lineup. What more can we lose? We already have some of our veteran players not defending well, why not have a rookie take a crack at it?
This was just a pathetic performance. From having four players on the court, to Tim playing like he'd rather be somewhere else, to Tony choking late, to Manu MIA the first three quarters, to the bench being horrible.
The Spurs have to make a trade this year. Have to.
This team needs a shot of life. At the very least at least it'll shake things up and perhaps then we can see some consistent effort.

I have notice this habit for a long time now, all Tim would do is stand under the rim with his hands up. Is it do to the fact that he doesn’t want to pick up fouls, to slow to jump when a player is coming at him, or thinks he is just tall enough to just stand there with his hands in the air.
The Spurs need to nut up and give the Clips that draft pick and get the deal done. I'm tired of this .

I'd like to call bull on 4 players on the floor tech. That does not warrant a tech and is not against the rules. Highschool basketball follows the rules 10X better than the NBA and that happend against us one time and I even asked the coaches and refs shouldn't they a tech, they said NO.

Look guys, like I said - Bowen, with his age, just isn't going to be able to bring it every night like he used to.
The problem has been and still is that the Spurs need more youth to back him up, and instead they went out and signed an even more geriatric Michael Finley.
Fvck James White. He's getting owned by scrubs in the D-League. He's one of the few NBA players who'd make this team's bench worse.

I can't tell you how wrong you are. We need to trade Eric Williams for luxury tax relief this year. Then during the draft, use the first round pick and the three second round picks to get some select international players to stash around Europe. Hey, they may pan out in four or five years!
We still have another 42 games left lets see how they are playing after the Rodeo road trip. Till then I am not watching another poor defensive effort from a man who makes milions and millions of dollars to play it (cough DUncan). Golden state can make a four player trade why cant we !!!!
