Wow you said "RPI" four times in that post, and you wonder why we make fun of you. BTW I plan on brining up RPI in every one of your threads from now on just to annoy the out of you. Maybe then you'll realize why no one wants to hear about RPI, seeding, SOS, or OSU athletics until it matters in March.

why would anybody make that bet? its idiotic...whether or not you think A&M will make it to the final four or not. i wouldn't make that with florida...the odds are stacked my friend.

^ I was going to quote that too and say that it would be stupid to bet even money that any team will make the final 4 before the tournament starts. Every team's odds are less then 50%. I'm sure Vegas will set a line on all the tournament teams making the Final 4/Sweet 16/winning it all once they are selected.
When I was in Vegas in December I put $200 of my craps table winnings on A&M to win it all. At 35:1, that's going to be a nice little pay off if they come through for me.
That said, why the would I bet you on something like A&M to the FF when we haven't even seen the brackets yet?
i bet on A&M @ 55:1 way before the year started and then 50:1 before the year started. that would be incredible if i won...

Was big, really big. Honestly I think the win over UT may have been bigger. They took on a true superstar and even tho they didn't hold him down, they still won. The game was much closer than the score and I think it would have been different if played in Austin, but as Bruce says it is what it is.
The one achillies heel continues to be Jones' foul problems. As long as ak plays like he has been, it won't hamper you.

1. the score was only close cause A&M couldn't keep their players on the court. the game started off as a blowout (remember) and ended as one as well. considering what A&M went through and the fact that Law was out for a bit...thats speaks volumes
2. i agree that A&M's problem remains getting in foul trouble, and it worries me b/c the tourney is a one and done. so, while i am confident we will go far...we'll see
3. except that i'm not a jerk. you get irritated (?) b/c i call you a bag or whatever. but, if you'll notice i only call you a bag when you are acting like one. i don't make bag comments...you have been. for example:
a) saying i take Digger's word as gospel - that was a bag comment, i said nothing of the such
b) always posting that everyone 'tolerates' me and such stuff - thats a bag comment. not only is it inaccurate, even if it was, why would i care? i am on this site to talk sports and have fun...not make friends. if i do meet some nice people along the way...great. but i wont judge myself by it
there is a clear line between the type of posts you and i post to each other. you insist on assuming what i mean or talking about some irrelevant issue, which is bagesque. while i either agree or disagree with you...calling you a bag here and there when you act like one. here's the deal, in the future, why don't you just ask me if you are unclear on something...i'll always be honest with you and i'll admit anything. that will save you the trouble of being a bag and me the trouble of typing it.
i really don't have a problem with you, i just don't understand why you insist on posting some of the things you do, most of your posts aren't half bad either. another word of advice...when you post something and it appears what you may be eluding to, why not just come out and say it. nobody likes to guess on a board where all there is is the written word. unless you're a great writer...this isn't a play (artistic scope), we aren't debating on tv, tone (can be hard) and body language is impossible to determine.
