We'd have to give up draft picks for Cowher. Not going to happen. Tampa gave Oakland 2 first rounds and 2 second rounders for Gruden. Cowher isn't worth that at all. , he was a flop of a coach before his lucky run last year. He isn't the reincarnation of Chuck Noll like people think he is.

I want youth somewhere in here. I've heard Jason Garrett's name being tossed around as either OC or QB coach, neither of which I'd be particularly opposed to. Norv is a thought at OC, but not HC.
