And that's not including any Cali dudes I listen to. There are too many.
I'll admit that I don't know who half of those guys are but I have no problem with the other half. Biggie should also be up there as one of the best.
Agreed.
Disagree.
i can agree with eldip on that. Notorious is better than both put together.
Lil wayne blows all his songs talk about the same .
You do know that he also went by The Notorious B.I.G.?
Of course he's up there.
Keak da sneak,e40, n the hyphy movement no doubt bout it
I don't know what is your definition of best, but to me the best is the person with the most success. And as far as sells go, they are the best, and you can't argue that. You can say tupac sucks but over 75 million people say otherwise.
I don't personally care for Eminem, but lyrically, that dude can spit. His older works and underground stuff is quite amazing. He's got better word play and wit than most guys rapping now. But again, he just ain't for me.
Eminem was at his best when he was underground, and was still pretty good until Encore came out. I don't know what the happened there but he really fell off his game.
sheahhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!![]()
:patiently awaiting TxJudson to come in claiming Cham's the greatest to ever hold a mic:
I don't see how anyone could label someone "the best". A broad top 20 sure, but in the end, it all comes down to personal taste. , some fool out there honestly thinks Lil John is the best rapper alive. And in his own mind, he's right.
I used to like his first two cds but he turned too cartooney
And also got rich.
Main reason I stick to listening to the underground scene. Don't have to deal with the crap that commercialism turns artists into.
at he's right
Who's right?
wheres that at judsonrocket that lil fruit color guard kid that claimed he was a G and chamillionaire was the best rapper lmao
Sorry, I can't stand lil wayne his songs are too repe ive. Come to think of it, I don't personally know any lil wayne fans. But I guess if it works for u than thats cool.
Thats what Im always sayin, I used to listen to cham, jones, paulwall, before they blew up. chams old flows used to be wayy better than they do now.
I like the old Screwed Up Click!!!!!!!
