We just played with those guys last week. Pretty good. Good crowd too.
I'm guessing Guru set an over/under on how many posts long this thread would get before I showed up to pimp RECKLESS KELLY.
Of course, some MLB fans already know who RK is...

What band do you play in?
moonraker! btw jim, everyone forgot who del amitri is because they were a vh1 one hit wonder.
I saw them when they were a nobody band back in the early 90's in Gulfport, Mississippi at a crap-hole bar on the coast. I was hooked once that hot singing girl screamed as fried chicken went flying into the audience.
Rocco Deluca and the Burden. Thhey were just featured on VH1's RocDocs. Very, very good... Not that nobody digs them, but that few apparently know much about them.Their website song sample page...
Rocco Deluca and the Burden are really good. They're gonna play in SXSW. The do entary is really good too.
I love their sound. Very different than what's out today without being so innovative that it's abrasive. They have their songs uploaded to iTunes, so I'm going to get their album that way. The do entary was very good, though I was disappointed to see that Keifer got the ax at the end of the flim. He was genuinely exstatic about them.
It was kind of funny that Keifer got fired as the manager mostly because the way they show it in the do entary. I guess he had to go shot 24 or something
I read this the other day and got really excited.
Yeah, I think that's the only stop they'll make in Texas. I really want to go watch them.
Natasha Bedingfield.
I don't usually listen to pop, but I dig her vocals.
I don't know how well known they were in the 70's/80's, but I recently downloaded a couple albums by Richard & Linda Thompson that I really like. I had never heard of them before.

New Radicals
Sigur Ros and the subways are both pretty well known. both are pretty solid but far from obscure. and lmfao @ the new radicals. i guess that one counts cause noone really does dig them.
