Kind of like losing 4 in a row on the biggest stage in basketball... know of a team that has done that recently?

You've taken the comments of my "buddies" and acted like they were my quotes, so I just reminded you of a few "refs gave it to them" comments.

Suns were in both of those games - and they weren't blown open until the final 2 minutes or so, when they started jacking up 3's... look it up, pal. Also, game 6 is inflated by Adrian Griffin's classless dunk with no time on the clock.
actually, i never once acted like they were your quotes. if i thought they were your quotes, i would have said they were your quotes. but what i said still was in line with what we were talking about. what you said was completely different. you changed the subject to the officiating, which had NOTHING to do with what we were talking about.

and i did look it up. from the 5 minute mark out, the Mavs slowly pulled away in each game. and 2 points isnt much. so then the score would have been 100-93. they still were simply overwhelmed by the Mavs when the game meant the most, while they could not make plays.

again, im done with this topic. you as usual, find a way to be so ignorant so as to ruin a thread.

I did say that sarcastically - you can look at the posts to verify it.

We can all say it: Suns gave away the last two WCFs...

    Pistons gave away 2005 le...

Now everyone can have a built in excuse.
I don't know how I can get more sarcastic than that, actually.

So a 7 point loss when they were ahead by a lot in the first half (which means they ran out of gas and played like ) isn't "giving it away"?

I guess you simply have to be losing to an Eastern Conference team when your "star" player is putting up goose eggs in the 4th quarter of the Finals for it to be "close."

Note: "slowly pulled away" - just think how quickly they could have pulled away if Josh Howard learned how to call timeouts in the WCF.

    1. Everyone knew which game was the real WCF

    2. By not getting to the WCF they, in essence, gave it away to the mavs.

We always felt we should've won that year, and we voiced it. We came back and won it the next year.
If Lakers hadn't come back to win, Riley never would have recalled his silly outburst and subsequent attempt at show-of-dominance over the Champion Celts. However, I gotta give him props for taking the high road in this matter and sluffing off Dirk's comment.

i thought riley's comments actually made wade's remarks seem petty, not dirk's who as has already been established, gave wade all the praise in the world after they won the championship

Exactly. I hate when people make it out to be one.

Mavs and Spurs, now that's a rivaly, but not Heat and Mavs.
Couldn't tell by the number of Wade threads started by Mavs fans
