who cares...
chicken butt.
who cares...
thats not the answer i was seeking.
am doesn't win in Austin. I don't care if I have to stick out my leg and trip Law, Jones, or get Gillespie in a reverse chokehold from my courtside seats.
then you better get ready to go to jail. cause A&M is coming in to complete our ownage of t.u. this year...pal.
I have strong federal connections - I can get out of it.![]()
well then, i'd rather you didn't trip our players or choke out our coach...so A&M can go on beating down t.u., again.
but, enjoy the game.![]()
I was using that more to brag about the courtside seats while throwing in a "Curb Your Enthusiasm" reference in as well. Should be a good game
never seen that show, but those are some nice seats. i don't think you'll enjoy the game, but try and have fun.![]()
I also plan on owning every hot girl in Austin tomorrow night. High five!
Very niice.
Aren't you married?
Please, Doug, we all know who is married in the only county where a bachelor party isn't feasible.
Hazzard county?
It's not that much of a stretch that Texas could go from playing for a chance at the #1 seed to actually finishing up with the 4 seed after this weekend - depending on how the Cats fair in Stillwater tonight.
Both of these teams are in the tourne, regardless of what happens i this game. I give the game to A&M, because they're the only team that has that type of throtoling D hat i like, but they also have Acie on offense so I ont get to bored. Hmm, Im kinda sounding like a homer here, but I think Gillespie will have them in better awareness of foul trouble. If they hadnt had all that mess in the first game, the score would have benn much nastier. I also think you have to take the arenas into consideration here as well. Reed Arena ithink thats its name, is LOUD and I think it holds up to other top tier arenas as well. The Frank Erwin Center on the other hand is basically a library when compared to Reed, and you can immedietly tell the differences betwenn the two. Reed is buzzing with the student section, and the Erwin center is a round of applause after a nice play or a UT basket. But whatever. The arenas wont play the game for you, and I stand by the Aggies, who I think will not suc b to the upset bug in the brackets and become Final Four bound. Texas is one of my teams to watch for in the dance, along with Marquette and Air Force, and maybe some others that will catch my eye in the upcoming few weeks.
the erwin center just sucks all around - games and shows.
Simmons: "From everything I've seen this season, Wisconsin and Texas A&M are the two blowout-proof top-20 teams -- in other words, they're too balanced and smart and well-coached to get blown out of a game. That's a great quality for March, right? If I had to pick a Final Four right now, I'd go with Kansas, Wisconsin, Texas A&M and a Dark Horse To Be Named Later."
We have to see the brackets. Hopefully A&M will not be in Wisconsin's or Kansas' bracket.
I've given up trying to guess who's going to be in the Elite 8, Final 4, etc. I still fill out a bracket to see just how blown up it'll get. George Mason over UConn? The mid-major explosion will probably continue this year so there will be some top teams getting dropped early.
Winthrop? Butler? Is Nevada considered a mid-major? Those teams can get to the final four.
I might go to Lady Aggies' game tonight against UT. If they win, they win the conference(unbelievable achievement byGary Blair andVic Schaffer)
Then after the gamethey play the men's game on the scoreboard screens
That sounds like a great time - smart thing for them to do... reward the fans with a 2 for 1.
