rare plus to medium rare
I usually buy restaurant grade prime steaks for cooking at home and if you like your steaks well done you are out of luck. I refuse to ruin a great steak by overcooking it.

I like my steaks the same way I like my women. Burned to a ing crisp.
medium. well done is just way too dry, rare is just unsettling.
i won't marry or date a girl that doesn't like steak rare to medium rare.
Medium
Even if Marisa Miller liked her well done?!? I doubt it...
Medium is good for me. The longer you cook it, the less juicy it gets...I like 'em juicy.
i've met a few girls that like their steak medium and converted them to medium rare. i bet i could do the same with Marisa, but you might be on to something...with her, thats a tough call.
I thought this was meant to be a "before or after the BJ" question.
Bloody as
After.
During....talk about bliss
Medium Well
Well done. I'm paranoid about excessive blood.
A lot of restaurants subs ute lesser cuts of meat on well done steaks (choice or select instead of prime) knowing they won't be able to tell the difference after it's cooked to a crisp.
medium with no A-1. A nice garlic garnish would be great.
In a field grazing, I don't eat steak.
that would mean you would have to get her to eat first.
While watching a Three Stooges movie?![]()
I like my steak run through a warm room. As rare as it can get.
I love the Steak Tartar at Liberty Bar. I went there with some coworkers last week and they freaked out when they saw my plate was basically raw meat with a raw egg on top.
Medium well to well.
We always try to keep parisa at the ranch I guide on. We get hunters from all over the country and we always have to play that game of "just taste it before I tell you what it is"...they all end up raving about it, even some of the "well done" guys...
I like my steak medium, I cant stand a dry steak.
