Ever notice how often Spurfect reminds everyone that she's indeed from Houston?

Did you quote yourself in order to really hammer away the point?
I went to the one in Waco a few months back and was shocked there wasn't one here. I cannot wait. Everyone is going to love it!
I ate at a Panera while I was working in Florida last year.
It's all right, but I'd much rather eat at Quicksands.
no.. i was trying to edit my post and I guess I hit quote instead and edited within that text. my mistake. this board seems to be going SUPER slow for me.. is it like that for anyone else? seems to be the only site going slow for me
Is there an Au Bon Pain anywhere in SA? I'd prefer that to Panera... anyway, cool development. Hopefully they get some unique local restaurants in the Cafe Paladar mold.
I heard the Paggi House might open up in SA
Damn right.
Paggi South
Yes... Cheesy Hotel Deli Alert - In the Double Tree Club I think.
is Central Market sort of like a Whole Foods? and where are they gonna put that? sounds great!
maybe i just havent been to that many places that sell beer... but central market has the best selection of beer i've ever seen... which isn't really saying much.
i know of 1 central market that is located near/in alamo heights.
and i'm pretty sure i've seen a whole foods in the quarry market... to the right of the movie theatre.
the devil you say.
when do we get a statue of liberty? that would be s.
You guys will like Cosi - they tell you that the bread is less than a minute old when they put your sandwich together and that totally makes an $8 sandwich about as big as one from Potbelly worth it. There's one in Long Island I frequent damn near every time I'm up there. The franchise group that owns all of your Red Robins in San Antonio is behind this and has a deal for three more.
Cru sucks but it totally fits the cellphone-addled upwardly mobile crowd that'll get excited about new furniture stores.
We have Panera here in Lansing...its pretty good.
We are getting a Chipotle soon....looking forward to that!
Now we need a ing Sonic.
that would be great! I love how SA is growing so much.
Jman I've been to the whole foods at the quarry many times, it's a very nice market, very expensive though![]()
