Do you honestly think the only reason border-enforcement is needed is to prevent terrorists from entering the country? Every year, 500,000 additional illegal aliens enter the United States. While not all pose threats to American lives, they sure as pose a threat to our wallets. , illegal aliens cost the federal government $10 billion more annually than they pay in taxes in addition to another $750 million annually to house the 18,000 illegal aliens in California prisons alone. So please don't act like illegal immigrants do not pose a threat to this country.
As for the Canadian border...when was the last time you saw millions of Canadians trying to sneak into the US via the Canadian Border? How many of the 10.4 million illegal aliens in the United States are Canadians?

I honestly don't care if Mexicans cross the border, I honestly don't care if middle age men with no social lives stand guard 24/7 to catch and return them. Why, because unless the Mexicans are bringing over drugs or guns or bombs or Anna Nicole clones and unless the middle age men are stabbing and killing then dumping the Mexicans in the rivers or desert graves I see neither as doing anything wrong. we shouldnt be rounding up people and sending them back, but we need to shut the border down like no other, its a security risk, much much more than extremist muslims

Universal Healthcare isn't all its cracked up to be. Health Care in Ontario is free, but the quality of health care provided in most areas is second rate at best. Any decent doctors Canada produces end up going to the US or abroad where they can make more money and pay less taxes. They have have a few world class facilities in the big cities, but for the most part the care you receive sucks ass. And you spend 2-3 hours in the waiting room every time you make an appointment because our doctors are all overbooked with patients. Mind you this is from a buddy of mine living in Canada.
