    nothing.

Phoenix would have destroyed the Clippers on Wednesday, if they needed the game. He really hasn't cost us anything, imo. I really want him to do one of our first round games just to get this past us.

hopefully he will hang himself in his hotel room, or at least get busted with child porn.

if not he most likely will NOT referee any Western Conf playoff games, or the finals.

and then they kiss and make up!

crawford can kiss my ass. salvatore too. at no point should a referee have to be mentioned in the story of the game.
You are exactly right Sir. The Refs are NOT the SHOW and should be invisible during the game not the center of attention as Crawford wants to be.

20,000 people don't pay money to come see the Refs call a game. The pay the money to see Duncan vs. Dirk.

As a Mavs fan who hates both Joey and Danny Crawford i think that they both should be replaced. There is no place in the league for a big Ego Referee.

I hope that you guys down in Spur Country take care of him the next time he shows his big ugly mugg.

    Another Casino line:

"Listen, if you didn't know you're bein' scammed, you're too in' dumb to keep this job. If you did know, you were in on it. Either way, you're out. Get out! Go on."

Basically, JC is either corrupt, or too stupid to do his job. Either way he should be gone.

The refs get paid to keep things running smoothly. They get paid to make sure the fans watch an actual basketball game, not a fight club (Spurs have the Rampage for that). They get their salaries to keep the focus on basketball, and the players. They're the true invisible men, and they make their living by staying just that.

Crawford did the exact opposite of what he was paid to do. He shifted the focus to himself, and even if it was ultimately meaningless, he potentially changed the outcome of a game. If the Spurs had won, it wouldn't have meant much for 70% of the fans, but think those who paid for their tickets cared? If anything, the 20 thousand fans in attendance have more than enough reason to hold a vendetta. And ask for a refund.

I think the NBA should suspend Crawford for the remainder of the regular season without pay, and he should have to give a public apology. Apologize not to Tim Duncan or to the Spurs, but to the fans. The refs, ultimately, are paid by the fans. Why not speak directly to the boss?

How 'bout some community service, say like, reffing games for free, overseas, Basketball Without Borders is it, during the offseason. He could restore his cred and show some good intentions.

If he Ts up someone in one of the bad neighborhoods of Europe, he's liable to get prisonshanked on the court by all players from both teams. Sign him up!

There should have been another option: He should be flushed like the piece of he is.
