He was laughing ... that kind of stuff happens from the bench all of the damn time. Coaches going nuts ... players .... it's not hard to lip-read all of the expletives that occur many, many times a game, every game, from coaches, players and fans.
Duncan got ejected for laughing. No matter how much you try to justify it, it was an unbelievably ridiculous. And challenging him to a fight? WTF was that? You guys don't see anything wrong with that?
Also, any Mav fan ridiculing a Spur or a Spurs fan for complaining or being pissed off at a ref needs to STFU. Seriously. How you can even post that with a straight face I have no idea.
