On MSNBC they are saying that they are investigating a rumor that the shooter chained the doors of the hall shut so that students wouldn't be able to get out once he opened fire.

We are just reporting the that Fox News and CNN and are reporting. Student reports state the shooter was a heavily armed Asian male in his twenties, although he probably only had pistols.
