After reading the comments--and knowing the mental age level of some posters is about that of a 12 year old--the more I am convinced that this is a really stupid idea.

It won't help at all and will probably be VERY counterproductive. Sort of like tearing up a ticket in front of a cop while telling him ' you, Asshole."

    I wrote a letter too.

    To whom it may concern:

I have heard and read several media reports in which Joey Crawford is quoted to have claimed to be upset because Tim Duncan allegedly laughed at him from the bench during the Dallas vs Spurs game on April 15th.

I find the whole situation to be incredibly ironic.
All Joey accompished by his egocentric, senseless, childish behavior that game was make himself the laughing stock of the world-wide audience watching.
And he was thought Tim Duncan laughing at him was bad!

You really handled things, Joey. Feel better now?

Also, is it too much to ask that referees focus their attention on the game at hand, instead of trying to escalate a non existent situation with players sitting on the bench?
    I hope not.

    Thank you for your time.

Nice letter Angel. I picked up on the sarcasm! joey really handled things, now Stern needs to handle crawford!

It probably made no difference but I'd like to think my letter helped.
