    yup, this is how i see it, gs will make a series of it but i don't see the mavs losing that series just like i don't see the spurs losing the series against the suns (ESPECIALLY considering how they've lost the last two games while trying to win, way to go d'antoni!)

    no no, if GS wins tommorow, they get the 8th seed

    the clips have one more loss than the warriors.

    if the two teams tie in w-l, the clippers get the 8th seed thanks to virtue of tie break.

    Knowing how things have gone for the Mavs this season the Warriors will probably end up losing to the Blazers allowing the Mavs a cakewalk first round like last year.

    all this talk about the mavs being scared of the warriors has made me obsessed with playing the warriors. for the last couple of weeks i have actually changed my mind and want the mavs to play the warriors because i want the mavs to kick their ass so bad that people will stfu about how the mavs falter when playing the warriors. if the warriors don't make the 8 spot i will be disappointed as , the clippers.

    You might be disappointed but if the mavs want to win the championship it would be in their interest to have the easiest road possible. Save some of that emotion for rounds 2 and 3.

    dude, while i agree an easier road is always nice (I'm sure dallas is happy they dont have to go through phoenix AND san antonio) we all know that dallas will take out GS in 5. this is the PLAYOFFS, a whole new beast. GS doesn't have the experience to push this to seven
