LOL. I don't think so, I like the Timmy one a little better. And none of these are my best probably, I have like 150 others, and some of them are better than all these.
Most of these are older, the two Jason Terry ones, and the Manu one with his back turned in the picture are the only newer ones here.

Well the Timmy one is probably one of the best artistically, but the Rip one looks like more time was spent on it than a lot of the others...

I have looked at a few tutorials to help make myself better, but alot of the stuff I do isn't that hard actually. Most of it I learned on my own just trying different things, trial and error.
The key is to download as many photoshop brushes as you can, that's what I make the backgrounds with.
Nope, I have some cuts (pictures of him with no background), but I have put that one off because I did alot of requests at NBAWire, and haven't had the time. I'm going to do some sigs tomorrow in the afternoon, and I will do a couple B.Gordon ones.
I do have a Lou Deng, and a Ben Wallace, those are the only current Bulls players I have right now.

So wait, you did a Luol Deng before you did an Air Gordon?
Lol, yeah Luol Deng is my favorite player on the Bulls, I do like Ben Gordon though.
Also I have to go by the pictures I find, at the time when I was looking for BG pics, I couldn't find any good ones. Since then I have found some cuts of him, and have been planning to do a sig. And like I said I have done a ton of requests that have slowed me down from doing ones that I want to do.
Alot of these are pictures I cut myself, some are pre-cut that I find at PSD sites.

I could help with it, all though I suck at jersey swaps. I can't seem to get the hang of it. I can make the background, and do the text. But the jersey swaps are really frustrating, and time taking. Can you do jersey swaps??

Dude the jersey dose not need to be swapped , Just paint them in....
Since the banner will be smaller and I will add lightning and animations you won't be able to tell it's painted
