Vescey is a scandalous blow hard.
Do you remember the NBA on CBS with Pat "let's do some coke" O'Brien, Stockton, and old man Hubie?
Vescey is a scandalous blow hard.
they want to see reckless basketball akin to GS. They don't want to see defensive battles. What nice credibility.
He's basically the equivalent of a tenured professor at the New York Post and people are used to him. I'm sure there are many New Yorkers who think he's the equivalent of a horse's ass, but he gets airtime to rattle our nerves. So never take the jackass serious. He's just a lucky s.o.b. is all.
I agree. Vecsey is so anti-Spur it's sickening. Frank Isola speaks from a more non-biased perspective. Although at times it seems Isola is a great Spur fan.
Um, you might have a point if both teams hadn't broken 100.
I had no idea Vecsey worked for NBC before. But from the looks of today's NBATV appearance I can appreciate why he was fired. Checkout Frank Isola's take after the next Spur win. He's much more pro-Spur.
Florida's not really considered part of the eastern seaboard and I believe Detroit's in the midwest.
Yeah and he picked the Nuggets to beat the Spurs as well so he is clearly not on the Spurs bandwagon these days.
Peter is a, well, peter![]()
Vecsey's one of several that feel comfortable as a Spurs basher because there not too many things genuine left in this world and he feels better wallowing in negativity about a franchise such as ours that is stable and productive in the championship department.
The Spurs beat the Knicks for one championship and the Nets for another. Why would anyone be surprised that he hates them?![]()
Damn, GiG getting schooled on basic geography.
Try watching it again without your "spurs goggles" on and you will see that Parker grabbed Barbosa's arm and pulled him down on top of him. That is how Tony likes it... on the bottom.
The guy is a turd. Id love to hear what Barkley says about the game.
