Watching GS and Utah in game one with the hafl time score 69-66 and thinking, man these teams are fun to watch if you like offense...but they are getting blocks too. Kirilenko has 5 blocks at the half.

    Gonna be a wild series.

The whole idea of this article is that the last 20 "relevant" games of the season can determine how a playoff series will go, yet he undermines that by counting earlier games for the Jazz than he does for any other teams? If the jazz played worse later in the season isn't that their fault? But of course, he need to give the Jazz the benefit of the change so his article would work. Hollinger gets way to liberal in changing the the way he chooses stats to use for each equation.

He had another article just after SA lost game 1 doing the same thing, he compared San Antonio's entire season to a one month stretch for the Nuggets, throwing out a game because the Nuggs allowed the Raps to run a layup drill on them.

Thank god is isn't in a lab determining DNA results.

Didn't the Nuggets play well in the last 20 games of the year as well.
But anyways, I fear the Jazz much more than any other team remaining in the playoffs right now, the matchup is just terrible for the Spurs on this one.
Who is going to guard Okur and Boozer? Williams is too strong for Parker to guard, so it would probably be Bowen on him, but that would create a domino effect where there is no one left for Parker or Ginobili to guard.
Then Kirelinko and Boozer on Duncan, that is going to be a nightmare.
I totally agree with you. The Jazz scare me more than any team outside of Detroit right now. I don't care if Hollinger or anyone else thinks they're number 52, they scare me (and I'm sure the Spurs wouldn't really enjoy facing them either...we lost reg season series, no?).

i knew the spurs will win it all since day one when tim duncan signed on that dotted line 10 years ago. I predicted that they will win at least 5 championships and they will win one more this playoffs too.
