News flash: Every local fan feels like the national guys are out to get them. I think I know why: Because the local broadcasters, being employed by the team, are the worst homers in the world. You get accustomed to that kind of ally in the booth, so when you hear two people talking about your team making their best effort to be unbiased, every negative word sounds like they're pissing on you. Suns fans are over on their boards discussing how biased the national broadcast teams are, too. Can't blame them, though. Suns fans have spent 30+ years listening to Al McCoy play fourth referee on local radio and television broadcasts.
