I just can't believe what a big deal this has become. It's plastered all over the sports media, it's a 700-post topic here at Spurstalk, everyone's making it a huge deal.

1. Amare is sensitive about injuries because one false step could take him out of the game for good.

2. Bowen has been accused of being dirty by several players--as a journalist, I don't see think this is a very fresh story. This is old news.

Every playoff game is a must win. Its a seven game series and it aint over till its over.

Odds are that if the spurs give back home court advantage, they probably don't win the series. It will be very tough to win another game in Phoenix. I would say their chances of winning in this case become 30%, probably worse.

Odds are, if the Spurs go up 3-1, they win it hands down, 90+% they move on.

Phoenix came back from 3-1 against a weak laker team last year, but they are not doing it against the spurs.

Spurs were VERY VERY close to coming back last year, but in was on the Spurs home court in game 7. I think the Spurs still have a good chance if we need to win 2 out of 3 with 2 games in phoenix, but we have to be honest, the odds will be against us.

Keep it simple, defend home court.
