So in 1998, when Karl Malone's answer to David Robinson crowding him and leaving him no breathing room was to knock him unconscious with a viscuous elbow to the head, do you think the Spurs really should have been upset with Robinson for crowding Malone or at Malone for being dirty?
If you're answer is that Robinson was at fault back then, I applaud you for being consisten. If you think it was moreso Malone at fault, then you're being a hypocrite by blaming Nash for the knee to the balls.
There are other ways of dealing with someone crowding you (a forearm to a guy's chest to clear space, showing him your elbows, or leaning into him and pushing off as you dribble to clear away) than kneeing a guy in the freaking nuts.
How low will some stoop to defend Bowen when he's clearly in the wrong?
