i have a good friend that moved from sao paolo back in 97 and he said he would never go back. he said people have this wide eyed illusion of brasil being a paradise. he said "city of God" was sugar coated.

Be carefull down there,Sao Pablo and Rio are one of the most unsafest cities in the world.And When I say World,Im inculing Bagdag.
The Mayor of Sao Pablo had to ask the President of Brazil to use the Army troops,to help the Local Police.
Besides that,Its a great City,nice weather and chicks.

Well a lot of South America is unsafe, but there's plenty of nice cities. You do gotta be careful in Brazil, but I think it's worth livin there. Good luck Dallaskd
