clever clever.
I'm sure some really smart guy e-mailed the obligatory:
It was a good playoff foul.
Sincerely, O.J.
Rome's generally a tool.
You listen to Rome?
yep, now there is credible sports journalism.![]()
Ive heard just as many media people say that Nash over-exagerated as well, so I think your 90% mark is a little off
That's what you consider "ragging" ?![]()
Hey, anything negative said about the Spurs is welcomed as a part of our new Dirty, Bad Boys image.
Thank you Jim Rome.
90%, you took the survey? And why the would I care what other people think, hey kid, I don't let people influence my opinion.
I have a brain, I have sight. It was a hard foul, just like Jason Richardson's against Okur. Hard ing foul. Like Barnes foul on White, a hard ing foul.
will you settle with 85?
I'm so happy you think so.![]()
he didn't go at his head, clothesline him or deliberately try to break his bones. how is it anything other than a hard foul?
I actually like Rome most of the time but he's just jumping on the Spurs Hatewagon today like the rest of the national sports media... him.
He sure as didn't yesterday, saying that the Spurs are not dirty, that they are winning machine, and even said that Bowen is a good guy and does his job well, which is to defend hard.
And a month ago he had Manu Ginobili on and worshipped him, saying that anybody who is not down with Manu has not a clue. He admires the out of the Spurs, Jim Rome does.
I'll listen to today's podcast later to see how full of e you are. But even if he did rip on the Spurs, which I know he didn't, so what?![]()
Having Jim Rome rag on your team is alot like having Joel Siegel give your movie a bad review - you must be doing something right because the biggest idiot around is going against you.
was on the tv show on espn.
grande, he did bag on them on the TV show.
Even said Bowen's knee to the groin should've been a suspension.
I will hobble my ass into my office at home now to listen to today's Jim Rome Show podcast and will let you guys know more or less what Rome actually has to say about the Spurs. I say hobble because my knee is super sore (surgery).
i really hope this goes 7 so nobody will have any excuses.
jesus, don't you have a life?
how anyone can take anything seriously a y espn analyst says (especially jim rome) is beyond me..
Mickey Moore laid out Sasha Pavlovic way harder than Nash got hit the other night, but the media hasnt made hardly any stink about it. I guess because the Cavs players where smart enough to stay on the bench and Pavlovic got right back up like a man?
