That's because all we were shooting is jumpers. You've gotta go to the rack and get some easy buckets/fouls.

When the Spurs are struggling AHF can't help it; he has to blame Pop. This one is on the players, not Pop.

It's too bad Stoudemire and Diaw aren't seeing any minutes, I think we'd have a much easier time getting to the bucket.

Pop is stuck on 4down when we need movement on offense. Anyone watching us run 4down should realize the byproduct is a load of jumpers. This team needs to be going to the ing rack.
    You are right on, Aggie.
Get Thomas in foul trouble by attacking the basket relentlessly.

Trying to draw fouls tonight is a lost cause. Play your game, make your shots, and hope you have a good cushion with 4 minutes left.

Manny, we spent the entire first quarter trying to get Thomas into foul trouble with 4down. Run your offense, get everyone involved, get Thomas worn out on the pick and roll (and probably have a better chance of picking up some fouls on him).

FOUR assists in one half of basketball, because we're stuck on stupid (getting Thomas into foul trouble).

Just as I feared, the Spurs are folding. Hey, let's give the Suns credit-they're beating our ass without their 2nd best player.

2 things happened in the 4th quarter of game 4:

The Suns figured out how to stop us...they figured us out in other words.

The Spurs lost belief in themselves and is this year's le run. Hence the frustration foul by Horry.

    It's over.

We all know that if Pop was properly utilizing the freestyle control on the PS3 controller on the bench the Spurs would have open layups all day long.

    Good timeout by Pop there.

The Spurs need to keep scoring while the Suns are cold.

Yep, 4down is great. I loved it when Phoenix started doubling and we continued to go to it and let them punk us on D.

What is so hard to see about this? We aren't hitting our jumpers tonight. So why keep running sets that require everyone to hit jumpers?

We got it to 62-57 and we missed 6 straight three pointers while running the same ing stupid set.

Pick and roll all the way Popdamnit. 4down is playing right into the one defense Phoenix has prepped to do - double Duncan. Screen and roll creates chaos at the defensive end for them.

Absolutely. I can't believe we haven't been running this everytime down the court when they doubled Tim. Did we forget who we have on the team???

Ginobili's 3 wasn't a screen and role, but if it helps you with your "Pop is a dumbass" schtick, the whatever.

I have no problem with Pop, it the lack of aggressive moves towards the basket and settling for jumpers. We have never been a great mid range shooting team and Manu is stuck on that and his step back three move.
