There was a group of about 12 of us watching the game at a friends and once they won it, you could hear people screaming from blocks away! It was awesome, we all piled into my best friends Excursion and drove downtown. People we were passing driving down the highway were just hanging out the windows cheering. It took about 3 hours just to take the clover leaf off the highway downtown. It was an awesome feeling because everyone was so pumped and there was a lot of love for our Spurs. Can't wait until the next one !
I was @ home watching the game with my niece and boyfriend. When they won, we all went crazy. We hugged each other and then got in the car and played WE ARE THE CHAMPIONS full blast going up and down the street. To my amazement, other people were driving up and the down the same street, honking, waving flags , yelling. IT WAS AWESOME.
I was in Africa on a safari when a zulu tribesman told me that the Spurs had won, I was very happy.
