The Mavs looked really beat down tonight. The way the Spurs came out in the 4th qtr popped their balloon. I kinda feel sorry for Dirk, Nash gone, not much other support, ty coaching.

Yeah blame it on the refs for the Spurs greatness - what a soft Dallas team!

You can really tell the Mavs miss a good point guard. Harris may be that guy, but not yet.

I watched the game on NBAtv. They play the hometown announcers, which I like, but boy, do the Dallas announcers sure homer-it-up. I see the Mark Cuban whining infects all levels...

As Dallas left the court after the game, injured forward Michael Finley confronted a fan who was loudly taunting him. When the fan wouldn't repeat his harshest comment to Finley's face, Mavs owner Mark Cuban calmly got Finley to head back to the locker room.

Maybe it will be different for Dallas this time, now that it's at home. Mavs fans can only hope that their team will have more than 8 assists this time and Eric Dampier will contribute more than 1 point and 4 rebounds in 31 chock-full-of-action minutes.
Well, they weren't much better. 10 assists instead of 8...and Dampier scored 6 points with 5 rebounds in 27 minutes this time. Only a slight improvement.

The biggest difference between these two teams tonight?

    22 - 10 10 - 22 Mirror images it would seem...yet one is only a poor reflection (literally) of a team.

The Spurs had 22 assists and 10 Turnovers (assist/TO ratio of 2.2)
The Mavs had 10 assists and 22 Turnovers (assist/TO ratio of 0.45)
