is the english language practiced in your world?

oh well, you still have that 1939 nat'l championship to hang your hat on.
fixed it for ya...maricon
who's ? anyway, how does it feel to lose the region you hosted? nice work.
^ What were you saying jgw? I can't hear you because of these 2 NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP TROPHIES we've won in JUST baseball recently are too close to my ears, can you speak up some?
Oh yeah, that's right, you're full of . Plese post again when you actually have something relevant to say.![]()
good for t.u.
didnt A&M win a water polo championship in the 20's?
did t.u. ever have good fans?
im an OU fan
Honestly, Texas not making it to Omaha sucks.
But not having a single team from the Big 12 representing is royally ed up.
Nice work that aggy cannot win a national championship in ANY sport, I guess 1939 was a little too long ago for some of us.![]()
Only when I call your mom my dirty .![]()
I think so, they consistently sell out games. A&M has sold out something like 3 games in the last 5 years. The top deck is usually half empty, meanwhile Texas is over full capacity.
apparently you don't remember what t.u. was like in the 80s and 90s...people were giving tickets away.
as for A&M, with the exception of the Texas State game (hurricane), the top deck has never been half empty...nice try. i don't know who started that rumor, but its false. i personally went to almost every game after my graduation in California, my sister graduated there in 2005 and my Dad has had season tickets for over 30 years...and that has never been the case. personally, i think some t-sips made it up.
duuuuh. i'm glad i graduated before they moved the student section to the new upper deck. that was incredibly lame. for 5 games in a row my sop re year i was at the 12th row or closer - drew the lucky tickets every time - i lost my voice for nearly a week after screaming at lou holtz.
i was also pretty sure a&m sold out games consistently year after year, dunno where that junk came from.
Here is a&ms top attendance years
Average Year
1. 82,711 2001
2. 80,198 2002
3. 79,732 2005
4. 77,579 2000
5. 76,243 2003
6. 75,985 2006
7. 74,498 2004
8. 73,126 1999
9. 66,623 1987
10. 63,833 1981
11. 63,318 1991
12. 63,272 1996
13. 62,877 1994
14. 62,457 1995
15. 61,918 1997
1979-1998 - Capacity = 72,000
1999 - pres. capacity = 82,600
So A&M has averaged over full capacity a whopping 1 time. It's late so I might of missed one. During most of the 90's they were 10,000 under attendance, and they were actually good. Texas meanwhile wasn't so good and still averaged more fans.
1978 71,293
1980 69,532
1982 73,947
1983 70,794
1984 79,715
1989 62,812
1990 76,007
1991 67,795
1992 68,152
1993 62,440
1994 68,542 (capacity 77,809 from 1971-1994)
1995 66,522 (capacity 75,512)
1996 74,745 (capacity 75,512)
1997 74,040 (capacity 75,512)
1998 77,440 (capacity 79,471)
1999 82,673 (capacity 80,082)
Low during the bad years which happens with anyteam, but still more fans then A&M who was beating Texas. A&M's fans are slowing turning downhill, they even went from top 2 on ea sports NCAA football toughest places to play, to not even being in the top 10.
http://web1.ncaa.org/d1mfb/Internet/...ATTENDANCE.pdf
Texas - %110 - 88505 avg attendance
A&M - %92 - 75985 avg attendance
pretty impressive, considering how many dislike Coach Fran. 18th in the country....
in 2005, A&M's attendance was 79,732 while t.u.'s was 83,333. pretty ing close considering A&M had been struggling and t.u. was doing well.
either way, the half the top deck is empty stuff is ing garbage....never has that been the case.
this doesn't prove your outlandish claim. furthermore, where are this statistics from? i don't doubt them, but i'd like to study the site.
Uh... when I went to the OSU win in 2003 at aggieland, the visitor's area was overflowing and the upperdecks were 15-20% orange with quite a few empties. There was a great smattering or Orange throughout the bottom bowl as well. Nothing extremely sizable, but Orange sure sticks out on the 50-yard line in a bunch of moron and makes it real easy to see.

A&M has sold out 3 games in the past 5 years, people just assume they are at full capacity because of the hype ESPN puts on the 12th man whenever they show A&M highlights.
Actually now that I look closer, the upper deck does look pretty full
Another example of this character's immaturity. So glad he put us on the "ignore" list.
If we did this about OSU, we'd get a brand new thread created about how much money T. Boone has donated and what their new sports facilities will look like.
P.S. TAMU blew it because we could have beaten that team... oh, well maybe this will serve as experience for the coming years.
Now I can go cheer for ASU since they're my original baseball team and have actually produced a championship before.
