it Pooh, we'll take you back!
it Pooh, we'll take you back!
that. This place already has enough pooh flying around.
Who said I would come back? I don't have any regrets about not being on board when the Spurs were "good". I'm sure as not going to "flip-flop" around.
Why would you not jump around, poo? If a team disappoints you, leave it and find another one. You've done it before.
It's the way of the poo.
If it isn't, please explain why you left the Spurs and haven't left the Pacers.
Well why don't YOU tell everyone. Apparently YOU know the story better than I do. And why does it bother you so much about why I changed teams? When last I looked it IS America.
someones mad someone has another riiiiinnngggg![]()

hmmm, well now i want to hear the story... while you're at it, lets get the story about why mouse jumped ship, too.
WTF????
You can't even rewrite history without looking like a dumbass.
If I were a Pacer fan, I'd be stoked about the short-term future. They were so good last year, that in April, an Indianapolis sportscaster began his segment on the Pacers by saying "And now, on to the Pacers, though I'm not exactly sure why anyone cares." I guess they did have a highlight when they rallied to beat the Spurs on April 1, but it was hard to tell from the indifference expressed by Pacers fans that night. It was as electric as a Spurs pre-season game.
I honestly forget the Einsteinian reasoning that led to Pooh's choice, but whatever its logic, that choice has clearly proven to have been an excellent one.
I noticed that as well.
What the ?![]()
I'm not a writer; I figured you would do a better job of explaining yourself.I specifically asked you to explain yourself because you know the story best.Apparently YOU know the story better than I do.
Is this not true?It is America. I want to hear your great American story. More and more people want to hear it with every post you make. And why does it bother you so much about why I changed teams? When last I looked it IS America.
Serves the bas right for bailing on his team. I lived through the 70s and 80s. Never once did that lead me astray. In addition, all the more better it is that someone should stop being a Spurs fan in favor of a Pacers team which seemed closer to a championship at the time, only to miss out on 4 Spurs championships.
you.
When did the Pacers ever seem closer to a championship than the Spurs?
I'm talking about NBA-only, of course.

4 les...2 earned, 1 (shortened season) the other (handed to them by the commissioner for a stupid rule)
Even though you were a Spur Fan once, you truly sound like a Laker/Suns/Idiot Fan.
"Handed by the commissioner"
Sure he did![]()
Rules do not apply to stars or during playoffs.
It's SpursDynasty, remember?
I take that back!
You should suffer ringless for your stupid * comment
If the Pacers could take Jordan's bulls to a game 7... we could have beaten them.
It's really too bad that the Commissioner didn't make the first exception in the history of that rule for two idiots who couldn't maintain their poise.
You know, though, I'm going to start ing about how the Spurs were robbed. After all, if Joey Crawford doesn't toss Tim on April 15 at Dallas, the Spurs might have won that game. Had they won that game, they likely would have secured HCA for a second round matchup with the Suns -- after all, when the Spurs lost on 4/15, Pop just mailed in the remaining games; meanwhile, the Suns were busting their humps to win and lost consecutive games in that last week of the season. Three Spurs wins and two Suns losses = HCA for the Spurs. So, really, it was the Spurs who were screwed -- not by the Commissioner, but by Joey Crawford!!
For the Spurs to have overcome that adversity to win this championship is truly remarkable. I mean, they had to win 2 road games in Phoenix when they should have had HCA in that series!! What other team had to deal with that sort of nonsense? No team in these playoffs, then, persevered more than the Spurs.
