You can't watch a show for it's substance when it has none. The Sopranos had plenty of it, Entourage has none. That said, Entourage is still an entertaining way to spend 30 minutes a week. It's really dropped off in quality from season 2 to season 3 though. Hopefully it starts to pick up again.

To each his own. I get substance from reading a book, watching a great film, & talking to elder "seasoned" folks.

Not from the Sopranos. I'm not saying there wasn't any; I would just assume someone would look elsewhere.

I just sarcastically compared the two because they are popular HBO cable TV shows.

I like Kevin Connely alright. It's Kevin Dillon that annoys me. Is there a worse actor on any HBO series? It's a good thing his lines are funny.

I don't think he is a bad actor, he just plays a bad actor, and happens to do it really well

Yeah but the bad actor he's playing isn't acting all the time. Just a little over the top at times. He tries too hard to sell every punchline.

I don't like this show at all. A few of my friends are obsessed with it and they made me sit through at least 4 episodes....it was the longest nig time ever. I just don't find the show entertaining at all.

don't know.. but sorta hope that they are able to get the show on point again. wonderful potential, but the series seemed to fall off to me recently which is dissapointing since ima huge fan.

He's alright. He doesn't make the show. They really don't focus on him all that much, which is a good thing.

Wrong. The whole show is focused on E's character. He is the basis for the plot seeing as how the inspiration for his character created the show. And he's by far the second best character behind Ari.

I have to agree, it seems that E's character is the main character. This season has had some really great moments, but there has been a ton of filler this past season. Im kind of tired of the boys being involved with Walsh this season. (note: I have not seen last nights episoded yet).

You know I have tried and tried to get into this show since so many people recommend it. But I have to be attracted to a character's looks or personality to care about them, and I just HATE everyone on the show. I'm thinking it must be a "guy" thing. For me, it is the weekly torture I must endure while waiting for "F of C".
