We grow em big down here in Texas. We like to eat REAL FOOD. Steak, BBQ, Tex-Mex, etc. Not that Tofu/organinc/low-fat you Cali boys love to eat.
BTW, the only time I ever saw someone put something funky on a Pizza was at a California Pizza Kitchen in San Francisco. Pizza's with cu bers, feta cheese, curry sauce, avacodo's, and yes, lettuce tossed in mayo.
Who the wants that kinda on a Pizza? It's no wonder Cali is considered the gayest state in the union.

i think i rather watch what i eat (fruits, fish, etc.) and be able to eat meats and fats on an occasion than look like a fat like ya'll texans.

I think you have a misconception about Mexican food and how it's cooked. And suggesting San Antonians stop eating Mexican food is like saying Russians would be healthier if they stopped eating so much Russian food.
