I could careless if he ripped off the pope...he is simply not funny. He tries way to hard, and has no chemistry...its like strained delivery, and it just fails every single time.
nothing funny at all about his jokes, they are ing stupid...all of them. I thought id like his show, i usually find stupid funny, but i cant even stand to watch him.
That happens in the local clubs. But once you hit the TV? you can't do it it's like using someones song and not telling them.
The ones who do it at the local clubs can get away with it since the person they stole the joke from hardly finds out since the show is not on TV. Most club owners will not let you make any money if they know you do it. So it maily happens on Open mike night. You can steal jokes you just won't get paid to say them.
How would you like someone at work stealing your idea and taking it to the Boss and getting paid and a promotion as you get fired for sucking at your job? Stealing is stealing whether it's a joke, recipe or Idea. The ones who don't care are the ones who do it.so I don't get as pissed off as I used to
I have never liked Carlos Mencia. He is not funny. Period. His show will end soon.
The funny thing is watching how much less funny his skits are then the real thing. The Cosby ripoff was pathetic, and that Mindfreak thing was dumb as . The original Blaine spoof was hilarious. WHAT THE F?!?!?
It doesn't matter the damage has been done. And there are enough young white kids out there laughing their ass's off to keep him working for years to come.
I kinda don't mind him stealing jokes, thats his business as long as he lays off mine. it's his at ude and denial that gets on my nerves.
I did the Mexican Chopper bit almost 3 years ago he did it last season.

Though the two spoofs are alike, they are completely different. Stealing a concept... maybe... but in this case Mencia didn't steal the material and thus the website makes a lame assertion. It's like saying that Pablo Picasso stole his material from Leonardo DaVinci since both painted in oil.
Just revel in the fact that Mencia shames himself with this act considering that the first spoof is a YouTube classic, while his own was rather lame.
BTW I don't like Mencia at all.

It was so funny how quickly he dropped the Mexican accent when Rogan called him out on stage.
Actually the youtube version makes fun of david blaine while ned makes "fun" of angel.
I stand corrected on that, which proves the point even more.
Speaking of David Blaine and Criss Angel........who is the better magician? I was reading an interview about Angel and the person asked:
Would you ever consider going head-to-head against David Blaine?
And Angel replied: Who? I'm sorry, but I don't know who that is.
David Blaine would kick Criss Angel's ass.
