Unplug the ethernet cable and outlook throws an error on not being able to access the network.
To be honest, I thought this was another Fresh Prince thread.![]()
The system restore and the ccleaner task remover seem to be the best advise I have read so far in this topic. but since I am here ...... If you want to get past any DOS/CMOS passwords you can always remove the battery plug it back in and roll a penny over the Bios chip, or use a paper clip in the area the picture shows that I have provided. It will make the board reset itself.
sorry I was not any help.

No, pretty much everyone else besides you and NorCal realizes that has run it's course.
first of all, it's still there in the outbox, locking up my computer every got damn time I open up my outlook.
you boneheads that think you can restore and delete an email have no business moving up from a Commodore 64. Restore doesn't take care of emails. WTF? Stick to checkers...
When I get time, I am just going to delete and reinstall the whole program, that's the got damn answer.![]()
User error.
Unplug your got damn internet.
I'll tell you when to plug it back in . . .
Restore is worth a shot ALWAYS because it's not very painful...
Here is how to turn off your e-mail.....
Start----all programs----run...
type: msconfig ....click ok
go to the win.ini tab....uncheck the mail square..
hit apply...then close..then restart....
Lookup the ID 10 T error on the net.
This is always the culprit.
Are you saying if you restore your PC to the day before you did the email the outlook will still be trying to send the email? where dose this info get stored?
On line? or in the memory?
It gets stored in an endless loop of Sequ trying to send the mail again.
It's a simple case of pie in the keyboard. Find out who ate pie while at the computer and you've found your culprit.

Stick to tiddily winks, cuz you guys blow.

If you attempt to send a message that is too large for your mail server you may be unable to delete it from the Outbox. An error dialog will say that the MAPI spooler has begun sending the message.
First, try setting Outlook offline using the File, Offline menu. Wait about a minute or so or close Outlook and reopen.
If you are unable to delete the message while in offline mode or cannot go into offline mode, you'll need to change your default delivery location.
The following steps are for Outlook 2002/2003, the steps for older versions are the same, although the menus are different..
Add a new PST using the File, New, Outlook Data File menu.
Open the Email Accounts dialog on the Tools menu.
Select view or Change existing email accounts and click Next.
Select the new personal folders file from the Deliver new email to the following location list.
Click Finish and restart Outlook.
Show the folder list, using Ctrl+6 if necessary, and find the old Outbox. Delete the message.
Repeat steps 2, 3, 4, and 5 to restore the original pst as the default delivery location.
Show the folder list and move any new messages from the new pst to the original pst.
Right click on the new folder's name and Choose Close to remove it from your profile.
So you are saying Sequ has a small Spooler?
We've all known for a while that he has a bad "Outlook".
I am trying to decide if I want to view the "BIG BROTHER" live feeds or stay here and see if SEQU can recover from the HUGE MAIL dilemma...

I can't decide whether to play tiddly winks or checkers myself.
rar all your .... upload it to a site like yousendit.com or rapidshare.com and then give your friend the link....
I'm in big trouble and you all are full of shenanigans?!!!
I think I'm just going to put the PC in the toilet.....
Read the frigging posts... She already did that. That part is taken care of. Pics are uploaded and everyone has seen them. Now they just need to fix outlook because of the initial big A$$ Email that is clogging up the portal. Now Sunshine has answered that. The only thing remaining is whether Sequ will come back in here again and get this info and actually use it. Oh yeah, and whether or not he has a small spooler.![]()
I wonder if it will float like?
There are a select few of us coughwomencough who actually READ the post and understand that you already uploaded the pictures to a photo site and really, really want to help you get rid of that email in the outbox.
If what I've read about fixing the problem actually works, it should be fairly easy to get rid of that file in the outbox. That being said, the old adage "easier said than done" might be the case here.
sorry i didn't read......![]()
