Nocioni is still finding his sea legs, but he's coming along pretty well in his first weeks in NBA, as is Deflino. Says a lot about the quality of Argentinian and int'l bball. These guys are for real.

From what little I've seen/heard, I don't doubt that a low-block, grind-it-out player like 6'9"/230 Luuis Scola could come join the Spurs and immediately be nearly as effective as a "Malik with better hands and better touch around the basket".
