And all y'all for saying I should get over the Scola trade. Shut your ing imbecilic mouths for telling anybody what to do.
    Get over it
And stop telling me what to do

How about this, find me one vet pf in the NBA who makes less than Matt Bonner.
I found one, Mark Madsen, who only makes like 200 g's less money.
Truth is, there arent many vet bigs playing in the NBA who make less money than Bonner.

Don't sign Jake Voskhul, then. Bonner made $2 million last year and his impact on the team was more or less nil. What's the 411 on him this year? Barely any playing time. Even if he gets some, I fail to see how a dollar more than the same $2M is a dollar well spent. I don't mind him on the team, but the signing lead to dumbass penny-pinching that lead to the Bush league Jackie Butler trade, which was ing chintzy.

And all y'all for saying I should get over the Scola trade. Shut your ing imbecilic mouths for telling anybody what to do.

I will take him, he is not going to play too many minutes and he will be a good shooter coming off the bench so what's the problem??

Willie was pretty good, if he didn't mess up his knees. Actually, had the Spurs stayed healthy they might squeezed out a le. David had a decent suppporting cast in his early years, lined up with T.C., Elliott, Anderson, and Strickland. I don't recall our bench being much, except for Paul Presley and maybe Antonie Carr. Strickland was prone to making earronous decisions, if anyone recalls the 90' semifinals against Portland. A quality point guard would have boad well for the Spurs at that point.

Vernon Maxwell when he could make a difference and Frank Brick were on that early team. Not a bad team at all 8 deep.

i agree with u butt, i feel that it wont happen and the Spurs are goin 2 roll with what we have already. barry isnt great but not sure of what A. Houston is goin to bring, even though i have an idea, i guess barry is fine once again cuz i know what we will be gettin from barry.

The Cavaliers are one of a handful of teams interested in veteran shooting guard Allan Houston, who had a workout at the New York Athletic Club on Tuesday.

He looked good shooting the ball and appeared to be in good condition. However, teams will probably want to see him play -- in a full-court setting with other players -- before making any overtures about signing him.

Cavs assistant coach Mike Malone went to New York for the workout.

The Cavs have yet to make a decision about the 36-year-old Houston. Yes, they do have some roster spots to fill. If they make him an offer, it would probably be for the veteran's minimum of $1,219,590. The league would pay all but $770,610.

Players who can shoot and play multiple positions are at a premium to the Cavs. They also want to improve their basketball IQ.

Other teams are the Manhattan workout were New Jersey, Miami, Dallas, San Antonio and the Knicks. Houston hasn't played since the 2004-05 season. His arthritic knee, which forced him to retire, limited him to just 20 games for the Knicks that season.

Edited. Not many. He's really more like a Danny Ferry type player. Lots of hustle and a good outside shooter.
