Anyone buy the 1st season on DVD?

I'm thinking about buying it on Monday and rewatching it before the 24th.

I got it a couple weeks ago - it's worth it to recap. I think I appreciated Jessica's character better on second viewing, she didn't do much besides piss me off when it was originally airing.

that episode didnt make sense......he shouldnt have been able to kill the cheerleader, cause she should have regenerated like peter did when syler was trying to cut off his head

The only reason Peter survived that, as beacause Sylar stopped cutting his head oped for a split second because he was surprised by the regeneration. Peter then used the power he got from Sylar to break free. Claire doesn't have that power.

While I enjoy the show I hope the writing is a bit better this year. I also hope that the show has smaller story arch's because I dont know if I could stand another long one.

Didn't see the legendary samurai guy being a drunk Englishman. Don't like the creeper dude that keeps talking to Claire at school, Claire's dad stole the show when he put the paper boss in his place. If you ever had a boss or manager like that, that owned on every possible level.

The acting is good, the story is good, the dialouge has been junk since the shows inception.

Good episode. Anyone watch Journeyman afterword? Pretty damn good.

Seems like a better name for it would be "Days of Our X-Men."
