* David Robinson proved nice guys don't always finish last

* Spurs are business first, no talk, just DO WORK SON at ude.
* Manu has the heart of a lion
* S.A. is still small enough that this atmosphere doesn't feel lame like almost every other big time city/team.
* The world hates us. It's fun to be hated.
* We get the pleasure of knocking out the Suns every other year.

4) For the number of times they've made it to the NBA finals without conceding the series....
4) For the number of times they lost to the Mavs in the 2006 WC semifinals![]()

15) consecutive playoff appearances for Robert Horry (if the list even makes it that far)
10) Consecutive playoff appearances by the Spurs

5: Years in the AT&T Center, Three Trophies
6: Years that opponents have been Bowned
7: Number of All-NBA Team Honors for the Iceman
8: Banners in the rafters (4 conference les, 4 championships)
9: Tony Parker's Number
10: Numbe of All-Star Appearances for David Robinson
Ehhh, not the best list but at least it's what I believe the original poster intended.
Not to trump Mel, but . . . .
7 . . . consecutive seasons with at least 57 regular season wins
8 . . . appearances in the conference finals
9 . . . playoff series wins since 2005 (?)
10 . . . full seasons of Gregg Popovich at the helm (70.9% winning percentage in regular season games; 64.3% winning percentage in post-season games).
9 is also the total all-time point differential in Spurs/Lakers games; +9 for the Spurs over 128 games played. I find that amazing for some reason.
