    That's not the officials fault. It's the fault of the guys in the replay booth...

    Don't understand why they wouldn't review a clock issue...

    Did the door just get opened up for SuperHomeCooking in the NFL? That is absurd that the home team clock operator can run 3 seconds off the clock without any recourse.

    It wasn't the clock guy's fault. The referee signaled to keep the clock running before he waved his arms to stop the clock.

    Of course, by that time the clock read all zeros...

    Well, then it's the refs fault (who you previously relieved of blame). I would think the ref should know which down it is... you don't continue to run the clock after a failed 4th down play.

    But better yet... it is everyone involved with that play's fault. Head Umpire, Clock Man, Replay Official

    That was before I went back and looked at it.

    Plus, I didn't know they can't go back and check the clock upstairs.


    Would it make you feel better to know that Ron Winter is a professor at a college less than two hours away from Chicago?
